Update Your Company Mailroom Now

What happens in your company mailroom from day to day? You likely have at least a few clerical assistants responsible for the sorting and delivering of packages, documents, and more to your entire team, and while you may not think about this job from day to day, it’s absolutely vital to the success of your company. How can you equip these team members with the best possible equipment to help make their jobs easier and ensure productivity? These tips can help.

  • Get Modular: Every mailroom needs a space for incoming and outgoing functions, but the operations from month to month in your mailroom may have to shift to deal with potential busy seasons and more. The last thing you want is built-in millwork that can shift with the room itself. Instead, go with something modular that will help your employees keep pace with real change and maintain their own efficiency.
  • Don’t Forget to Consider Size: As you begin to build out the perfect mailroom design, the last thing you want to overlook is the size of the space. Ordering modular pieces that are always going to be too large is certain to be an issue for your employees. Size things out carefully before you move forward.
  • Enlist Professional Help: This is not a space where you just want to wing it. Instead, contact our design professionals to help make a plan for your mailroom space. We’ve worked with hundreds of companies like yours in the past, and we’ll help you find the perfect layout, taking your mailroom employees’ suggestions into consideration in the process.

When Carroll Seating Company first began it was literally a basement operation: in 1952, Patrick Carroll, Sr., began to sell church pews from his basement. As the populous grew to admire his service, his business branched out to private schools. Subsequently, his furniture eventually diffused to public schools in the surrounding area. However, eventually a basement was too small to accommodate the amount of work requests Mr. Carroll was fulfilling. Finally, he purchased an office in Chicago, Illinois on Hermitage Ave, and the business ran out of this office for a whopping fifty-one years. While the business was still growing strong, Patrick Carroll, Sr. passed away in 1975. Several years after his passing while under the leadership of another salesman his son, Patrick Carroll Jr., stepped up as President in 1997 and the headquarters were moved to Elk Grove, Illinois.

However, the business did and still does remain a multi-city operation, as the office in Elk Grove was retained and is still utilized. Michael Carroll brought the company’s legacy over to Kansas City, Missouri. With such a large presence on the symbolic landscape, the company rapidly gained more and more trust and reputation as more and more positive transactions went on through the years.

Now, there is no doubt about the reputation of Carroll Seating Company, seeing as it has served over 1500 organizations in five states: Illinois, Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, and Iowa. Additionally, Carroll Seating Company is currently a conglomerate of many specialized, institutional furnishing lines for many purposes that serve the public good. The company successfully manages over $29 million in sales every year.

Due to such an illustrious history, Carroll Seating Company is indeed a trusted furnishing and installation company. The company has proven itself competent in multiple fields, as it has many successful lines such as Hussey Seating Company, Debourgh Manufacturering, Case Syemts James Town Metal Products, Performance Sports Systems, and many more contained within it.

As it has acquired more and more capital in the years, the company has invested wisely in more workers in widely varying fields to guarantee the best service possible such as in house estimators, project managers, administrative staff and a full facility service and repair team.

Family owned since it’s very founding, and it has gradually established permanent roots over the decades.

All of this goes to show the undying dedication the Carroll Seating Company has for consumer satisfaction. Whether it is a single chair, or a remodeling of an entire institution, Carroll Seating Company not only desires to help every customer to the fullest extent possible, but has also put out the capital to ensure that every consumer can be helped to the largest extent possible. Through such dedication very naturally comes trust from both returning and new clients.

Improving Your Workspace
laboratory equipment, Carroll SeatingWhere you work can affect how you feel throughout the day.  You may love your job, yet your surroundings may not make you feel at your best.  Everything from old furnishings to no furnishings at all can make you wish something would change.  But what can be done?

Things can change.  It doesn’t matter if you work at a laboratory or a school.  Casework and architectural woodworking can really transform a room into something fresh and new.  It can change your whole outlook on your workplace and make you excited to come into work each day.

What Can Be Done
Depending upon where you work there are a variety of things that can be done in order to improve it.  Work in a school?  Educational casework can be installed for classrooms, libraries, administrative offices, and staff rooms.  Storage areas give you the extra space you need for all sorts of items whether they’re for classroom use or staff use.  Or perhaps you need casework for a laboratory.  We know that they need to be sleek and functional for your use.  That’s not a problem at all.  In fact, you can choose from all sorts of different styles in order to find one that will suit your workplace and provide you with the best in efficiency.  Customization is never a problem either.

Maybe your line of work is in a medical field.  Maybe you need workstations for your nurses.  Perhaps examination rooms need various shelving and cabinetry.  All of these can be provided when you work with our knowledgeable staff to discover affordable pricing and designs that you want.

Even More Choices
Not only can you choose the design, but you can also decide what type of materials you want your casework to be crafted from.  Architectural casework can be made from various materials that include wood, metal, plastic laminate composites, and more.  You can choose what you want and what you want these materials to create.  They can be everything from the cabinets to the work stations.  Let us know what you want and we will do everything in our power to create it.

Our staff is ready to assist you in every way possible.  We have been working with many clients over the years to provide them with stunning casework, and we are serious about providing the best products as well as customer service.  Discover how we can make your workplace even better by contacting us today.

High Quality Seating and More
Seating can be very important, just as other components can make a huge difference in how you view your workplace.  Everything from casework in a medical setting to bleachers in a school can all transform those places from dull and everyday to strong and vibrant.  Renovating an area to include brand new seating means finding comfortable and stylish seats.  In any case, when you can customize what the seats, bleachers, and much more look like, then you are on the right track.
bleacher seating, Carroll Seating
A seating company should be able to do all these things for you and still provide you with even more.  Choosing the right seating company can make all the difference in the world when it comes to choosing, ordering, installing, and affording the things you need for your location.  Knowledgeable staff that can provide you with the information you need as well as give you additional ideas are a key component to getting things done right the first time.  Take some time to do your research on seating companies and find out what they are capable of, what they can offer you, and how long they have been in business.  The longer they have been doing what they do and the more distinguished their client list is, the more confident you can be about choosing them for the job.

Additional Help
A seating company shouldn’t just be about seats, and nor should it just be about providing you with them.  A high quality seating company brings in a staff that knows the business inside and out.  It will seek out relations and partnerships with other providers as well as financial institutions in order to help you get your projects off the ground should you need assistance.  There is a process involved when it comes to installing seating, bleachers, casework, and other large furnishings into any area.  Working with staff can help you decide which pieces would work best in a space, and if you have any customization ideas that shouldn’t be a problem either.

All these connections with providers and institutions can give you an edge that you may not have had otherwise.  This sort of help can really make the difference on whether or not you are finally able to put in telescopic bleachers into your gymnasium or brand new tables in your library.

The Best in Customer Service
Carroll Seating Company wants to be your first choice.  That’s why we work so hard to please each and every client.  From start to finish we are there to help.  This includes having service and repair technicians for all of our products.  After doing all the work, why simply abandon any client?  We make sure to keep in touch with you long after the installation is finished to ensure that the product works smoothly, looks great, and fulfills your expectations.

For decades we have serviced many locations, from schools to medical facilities, and fully understand the industry in order to bring in the best products and the best services.  Discover what makes us the right choice by contacting us today for a quote or for general information.

Casework Everywhere
A lot of locations call for casework.  Laboratories, health professions, education, and more.  Casework can include a lot of different pieces that you may or may not need. You should evaluate the area that the casework is intended for and discover what will be needed.  In most cases you may find that all pieces should be installed.  This may because the space is brand new or that the previous pieces were too old or simply needed updating.

The right casework can add a finalized finish to the area.  They are modern with plenty of excellent designs that you can choose from.  They can also be made from a variety of materials, from wood to metal to plastic laminate composites.  Choose from cabinets, desks, counter tops, and more.

What Is It For?    casework Carroll Seating Company

Casework meant for laboratories can include shelving units, workstations, and much more.  Carroll Seating Company also recognizes that pieces for laboratories may need to be fashioned so they are in compliance with LEED and SEFA 8, so that won’t be a concern since we’ll have it all taken care of.

When you need casework for educational areas, you’ll find a lot of different options available to you.  It doesn’t matter if it is for an elementary school or for a university.  Pieces are built ready to be used over and over so you can expect excellent durability from them.  Casework can be placed in administrative offices, libraries, and classrooms.

If it’s a major hospital or just a smaller administrative building nearby, the medical casework we can offer is always ready for a tough day at work.  You can find it fashioned in 3 types of antimicrobial surfaces to help keep areas cleaner and the location more sterile. Equipment comes as stainless steel and you can also enjoy electronically adjustable work stations.

So Much More
This is only a small sampling of what Carroll Seating can offer you for your business.  There are so many different potential pieces that can be included in casework, you may feel overwhelmed at first, but there is no need to worry.  Our teams are ready to assist you in all areas so you can get exactly what you need for your space.  You can even request architectural woodwork for a space and we can do additional customizing for you.

From labs to classrooms, libraries to medical rooms, we stand behind all of our casework and will make sure that you are completely satisfied with everything we do.

On the hunt for a great company?  An important factor to keep in mind- Will this company do more for me than just sell and install? Whether it be telescopic bleachers, courtside seating, new lockers for your hall, Library furniture, casework or healthcare solutions.  There is so much more to the product alone.  Yes, you do want the finished results to be polished, secure, and worth every penny, but you don’t want a company that will do the job and then disappear, never to be heard from again.  What if you discover a problem with your  new product?  What if, over time, a part breaks and you need something replaced?  Or what if from the very beginning you find that you might need some help financing your project?  Will the company you’ve been considering be able to help you with all of those scenarios?  Or is there expertise selling and installing– and that’s it?   seating solutions Carroll Seating Company
